BOLKIAH GARRISON, FRIDAY, 27 MEI 2022 - A promotion ceremony was held on Friday morning at the Wira Seni Concert Hall, RBAF Band, Bolkiah Garrison, for 17 personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Joint Force Headquarters.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Brigadier General Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudi, Joint Force Commander. Also present at the ceremony were Senior Officers, Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of the Joint Force Headquarters.
The ceremony began with the recitation of surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of insignias by the Guest of Honour.
Of the 17 personnel, 1 was promoted to Substantive Warrant Officer 1; 1 was promoted to acting Warrant Officer 1; 5 promoted to Acting Warrant Officer 2; 2 promoted to Substantive Staff Sergeant; 1 promoted to Acting Staff Sergeant; 3 personnel promoted to Acting Sergeant; 2 personnel promoted to Acting Sergeant; and 2 promoted to acting Lance Corporal.
