BOLKIAH GARRISON, FRIDAY, 09 APRIL 2021
A promotion ceremony was held this morning at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Bolkiah Garrison for 49 personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Joint Force Headquarters.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel Norhazalan bin Haji Abdullah, Deputy Joint Force Commander. Also present at the ceremony were Senior Officer, Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of the Joint Force Headquarters.
The ceremony began with the recitation of surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of insignias by the Guest of Honour.
Of the 22 personnel, 4 were promoted to Substantive Staff Sergeant; 3 personnel promoted to Acting Staff Sergeant; 6 personnel promoted to Substantive Sergeant; 5 personnel promoted to Acting Sergeant; 1 personnel promoted to Substantive Corporal; 1 personnel promoted to Acting Corporal and 2 personnel promoted Acting Lans Corporal.
The event concluded with the recital of Doa Selamat and a group photo session.
