BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 30 May 2025 – Colonel Aldi bin Haji Hassan, Acting Joint Force Commander received a courtesy call from Colonel Markus Theil, Defence Attache of Germany accredited to Brunei Darussalam. Also present during the call was Her Excellency Ambassador Gerda Winkler, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Brunei Darussalam.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday, 30 May 2025 – Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) joined the Friday sermon delivered by Yang Mulia Ustaz Mohammad Fahmi bin Haji Matnoor, officer from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Religious Directorate (JAMA’AT) at Pengiran Muda Abdul Malik Mosque, Kampong Tungku Katok. The mosque is one of the selected mosques nationwide to deliver a sermon in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 64th Anniversary Celebration.

BERLIN, Tuesday, 13 May 2025 – Chief of Staff, JFHQ RBAF, Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Suwardi Ariffin bin PDLDP Haji Abdul Latiff was part of the Ministry of Defence delegation to the United Nations’ Peacekeeping Ministerial Meeting 2025 held from 13 to 14 May 2025 in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany. The Brunei Darussalam delegation was led by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Defence, comprising of officers from the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

BEIJING, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, Wednesday, 14 May 2025 – SO1 J3 Land, JFHQ RBAF, Major Haji Nafisal bin Haji Salim was part of the Ministry of Defence delegation to the 2nd Joint Defence Working Committee (JDWC) meeting between Brunei Darussalam and the People’s Republic of China (PRC) held at the Office for International Military Cooperation, People’s Republic of China. The delegation was led by Yang Mulia Brigadier General (Retired) Dato Seri Pahlawan Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence Brunei Darussalam.
18 PERSONNEL FROM JOINT FORCE HEADQUARTERS RECEIVED THE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES LONG SERVICE AND GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL (MILITARY) 2025
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 23 May 2025 – With the consent of His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, 500 Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) personnel, comprising both in-service and retired personnel, were conferred with the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (Military). The medal presentationceremony took place at the Nikmat Hall, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF).
