THE FIRST RETURNING FLIGHT OF THE MALAYSIAN BATTALION CONTINGENT (MALBATT) 850-11 FOR THE PEACEKEEPING MISSION OF THE UNITED NATIONS INTERIM FORCE IN LEBANON (UNIFIL) SAFELY ARRIVED AT SUBANG AIRBASE, MALAYSIA
SUBANG AIRBASE, MALAYSIA, Friday, 08 November 2024 – The first returning flight of the Malaysian Battalion Contingent (MALBATT) 850-11 for the peacekeeping mission of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) consisting of 196 members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) and ten members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) led by Lieutenant Mohammad Iqbal bin Awang Sidik has safely arrived at Subang Airbase, Malaysia this morning.
THE SECOND FLIGHT OF THE MALBATT 850-12 CONTINGENT DEPARTS FOR THE PEACEKEEPING MISSION OF THE UNITED NATIONS INTERIM FORCE IN LEBANON (UNIFIL)
SUBANG AIRBASE, MALAYSIA, Sunday, 10 November 2024 – The second flight of the MALBATT 850-12 contingent, comprising 219 members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) and four members from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), successfully departed today using the Batik Air Airbus A330-300.

JAKARTA, Wednesday, 06 November 2024 – The 10th Brunei-Indonesia Joint Operations and Exercises Sub-Committee Meeting (BRUNESIA JOESC 10/2024) between the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) was held at the Le Meridian Jakarta, Indonesia starting on Tuesday, 05 November 2024 until Thursday, 07 November 2024.

SUBANG AIRBASE, MALAYSIA, Wednesday, 06 November 2024 – The first flight of the Malaysian Battalion Contingent (MALBATT) 850-12, comprising 220 members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) and three members from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), safely departed yesterday for their peacekeeping mission under the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Tuesday, 05 November 2024 – Thirty-seven members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (ABDB) who participated in the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) mission under ‘Opeeerasi Badai Taduh’ have safely returned home this afternoon at the Air Movement Centre, Rimba Airbase after completing their mission from 27 October 2024 to 4 November 2024, in the Republic of the Philippines.

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 01 November 2024 – The Brunei Darussalam Flag Handover Ceremony for the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Contingent, who will be serving in the Malaysian Battalion 850-12 (MALBATT 850-12) as part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) peacekeeping mission, was held at the Air Movement Centre, Rimba Air Force Base this afternoon.
