EXERCISE BANGAU PUTIH III – OPS ANGKASA
BERAKAS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Wednesday, 18 October 2023 - An emergency aircraft disaster exercise, known as Exercise BANGAU PUTIH III, was conducted by the Department of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transportation and Infocommunications, which involving several government and non-government agencies working together to handle an aircraft accident should it ever occur in the vicinity or within 5-kilometres radius from the airport. The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) is one of the government agencies activated by the Department of Civil Aviation, through the Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ), to provide emergency assistance in this exercise under the code name ‘OPS ANGKASA’.
RBAF UNIFIL PEACEKEEPERS HEAD FOR LEBANON
BERAKAS, Wednesday, 18 October 2023 – Thirty Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) personnel led by Major Mohammad Hafizi bin Sabli departed to Malaysia prior to deployment to Lebanon for the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) mission with the Malaysian Battalion 850-11 (MALBATT 850-11).

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 18 October 2023 – The Joint Force Headquarters Royal Brunei Armed Forces hosted a visit from Deputy Commander Southern Theatre Command, People’s Liberation Army, People’s Republic of China and delegation to Negara Brunei Darussalam.
ACTING JOINT FORCE COMMANDER MEETING SESSION WITH RBAF CONTINGENT FOR MALBATT 850-11
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday, 09 October 2023 – A session between the Acting Joint Force Commander (JFC RBAF) and the selected 30 personnel of RBAF Contingent that will be within Malaysian Battalion 850-11 (MALBATT 850-11) that will soon be deployed for the peacekeeping mission of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) was held this morning at the Tower Block, Ministry of Defence.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 27 September 2023 – The Joint Force Headquarters Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFHQ RBAF) received an official visit from Rear Admiral Geoffroy D’ Andigne, Joint Commander of Armed Forces in French Polynesia, who is also the Commander of the Pacific Experimental Center, Commander of the Pacific Ocean and French Polynesian Maritime Zones and Commander of the French Polynesia Defense Base, at the Ministry of Defence on 25 September 2023.
JOINT FORCE COMMANDER RECEIVES INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM JAPAN DEFENCE ATTACHE ACCREDITED TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday, 21 September 2023 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Joint Force Commander Royal Brunei Armed Forces received an introductory call from Colonel Arita Satoshi, Japan Defence Attache to Malaysia accredited to Brunei Darussalam today.
