JOINT FORCE COMMANDER RECEIVES INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEFENCE ATTACHE TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday, 27 October 2022 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Joint Force Commander received an introductory call from Colonel Russ Corwin, United States of America Defence Attache to Brunei Darussalam at the Joint Force Headquarters. Also, in attendance was Chief of Staff and Staff Officer Grade 1 Intelligence and Staff Officer Grade 1 Training, Joint Force Headquarters.

USS CHARLESTON RECEPTION EVENT
MUARA PORT, Wednesday, 26 October 2022 - The United States Navy (USN) hosted a reception event on board of the USS CHARLESTON. The event was in conjunction of the ongoing CARAT 28/2022 Exercise held between 24 – 31 October 2022.
28th COOPERATION AFLOAT READINESS AND TRAINING 2022 (CARAT 28/2022) OPENING CEREMONY
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday, 24 October 2022 – The Opening Ceremony of the 28th Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training 2022 (CARAT 28/2022) Bilateral Exercise between the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and the United States Navy (USN) was officiated by both Co-Chairs of CARAT 28/2022. Representing RBAF was Lieutenant Colonel Aldi bin Haji Hassan, Acting Deputy Joint Force Commander, Joint Force Headquarters and representing USN was Captain Walter C. Mainor, Commander Destroyer Squadron Fifteen (CDS 15).
RBAF UNIFIL PEACEKEEPERS HEAD FOR LEBANON
BERAKAS, Monday, 17 October 2022 – Thirty Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) personnel led by Major Hisham bin Haji Mahmud departed to Malaysia prior to deployment to Lebanon for the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) mission with the Malaysian Battalion 850-10 (MALBATT 850-10).
ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES COMMANDER MEETING SESSION WITH RBAF CONTINGENT FOR MALBATT 850-10
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday, 13 October 2022 – A meeting session between the Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and the selected 30 personnel of RBAF Contingent that will be within Malaysian Battalion 850-10 (MALBATT 850-10) that will soon be deployed for the peacekeeping mission of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) was held this morning at Lecture Hall, Ministry of Defence.
