HIS MAJESTY THE SULTAN AND YANG DI PERTUAN OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM BESTOWS STATE HONORARY MEDALS TO OFFICERS AND PERSONNEL OF THE JOINT FORCE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wednesday, 29 April 2026 – His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, has graciously consented to bestow the State Honorary Medals of Brunei Darussalam to officers and personnel of the Joint Force Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JF RBAF) in conjunction with His Majesty's 79^th Birthday.

THE CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION AND CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS LEADERSHIP COURSE SERIAL 01/2026

PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 23 April 2026 - The closing ceremony for the Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCO'S) Leadership Course Serial 01/2026 was held at the Halbi Room, Evolution Centre, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF). A total of 70 JNCOs' from various units of the RBAF successfully completed the three weeks course, including four participants from the Joint Force, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF).

JOINT FORCE PERSONNEL COMPLETED THE BASIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS COMMUNICATION COURSE 2026

PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday 23 April 2026 - A total of 41 participants have completed the Basic Information Systems Communication Course 2026 which took place from 16 February 2026 to 24 April 2026. Participants consisted of 28 personnel from Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), 06 personnel from Royal Brunei Air Force, 01 personnel from Royal Brunei Navy, 02 personnel from Special Forces Regiment and 04 personnel from Joint Force. Amongst the personnel from Joint Force were Lans Copral (U) Muhamad Syahied bin Haji Edin, Private Mohd Nazirul Waie@Nazian bin Zinrozman, Private (U) Muhammad Julaini bin Nokman and Private (U) Mohd Assraff bin Haji Ibrahim. The Closing Ceremony was held at the Signal Training Wing, RBLF, Penanjong Garrison.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, Thursday, 23 April 2026 – The ADMM-Plus Experts' Working Group on Counter-Terrorism (EWG on CT) Table-Top Exercise (TTX), co-chaired by Malaysia and India, was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 20 to 24 April 2026.

KUALA LUMPUR, Tuesday, 21 April 2026 – Colonel Pengiran Noor Rumaizi bin Pengiran Othman, the Joint Force Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces attended the 19^thDefence Services Asia 2026 (DSA 2026) and the 4^th National Security Asia 2026 (NATSEC Asia 2026) Exhibition, as well as the 8^th Putrajaya Forum, held from 20 to 23 April 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
