GADONG, FRIDAY, 29 NOVEMBER 2019 – A dinner to celebrate all incoming and outgoing JFHQ officers was held at The Garden’s Veranda Restaurant, Gadong.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim, Joint Force Commander. Also present was Colonel Norhazalan bin Hj Abdullah, Chief of Staff (COS) JFHQ and officers of JFHQ. The event began the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and doa led by Lieutenant Muhd Hamizan Jalil, RBN, followed by dinner.
The event then proceeded with a short speech by Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim, thanking outgoing officers for their contributions and services throughout their tour in JFHQ and welcoming incoming officers into JFHQ, prize presentations to outgoing officers and a potluck lucky draw for all JFHQ officers attending the dinner event.
The event concluded with a photo session with all the JFHQ officers. The event also served to strengthen the silaturrahim amongst JFHQ officers.
