BOLKIAH GARRISON, THURSDAY, 10 MARCH 2022 - The Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Major General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan held a session with the eighteenth contingent of the International Monitoring Team (IMT-18) and the fourth contingent of the Independent Decommissioning Body Verification, Monitoring and Assistance Team (IDB VMAT-4) prior to their deployment. The session took place at Lecture Room, Level 1, Ministry of Defence, Bolkiah Garrison.
Upon arrival, the Commander of RBAF was received by Colonel Saifulrizal bin Abdul Latif, Deputy Joint Force Commander. Also in attendance was Lieutenant Colonel Aldi bin Haji Hassan, Chief of Staff Joint Force. A total of five RBAF personnel and one officer from the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) will be under the IMT-18 contingent and four RBAF officers under the IDB VMAT-4 contingent. During the session, the Commander of RBAF highlighted the importance of maintaining discipline and to look after oneself.
During the closing remarks, the Commander of RBAF reminded both contingents the importance of leadership, discipline, and regimental values towards materialising the core values of RBAF. The session concluded with the recitation of Doa Selamat.
