RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, GADONG, Friday, 11 April 2025 – With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Government of His Majesty has dispatched humanitarian aid in the form of essential supplies to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar following the earthquake that struck the country on 28 March 2025.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 04 April 2025 – Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Minister of Defence II, extended his Hari Raya Aidilfitri greetings to the Defence Attachés and Advisers of Brunei Darussalam in host countries, including members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Contingent on peacekeeping mission with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) alongside the Malaysian Battalion (MALBATT) 850-12, the Independent Decommissioning Body Verification, Monitoring and Assistance Team (IDB VMAT 6/2024) in Mindanao, Republic of the Phillippines, officer serving at the Information Fusion Centre (IFC) in the Republic of Singapore and also RBAF personnel attending courses overseas. The session were delivered on a virtual meeting at the RBAF Joint Forces Headquarters.

The two-week course is designed to equip young officers with the fundamental administrative and human resource management skills and knowledge essential for their roles as Administrative Officer or Staff Officer. The course also offers participants the opportunity to engage in practical exercises particularly in RBAF correspondences as well as assist them in enhancing their ability to effectively support and fulfill the mission and responsibilities of their respective units.
