MARITIME OPERATIONS COURSE SERIAL 08/2025 ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY STUDY TOUR TO JOINT FORCE HEADQUARTERS RBAF
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Tuesday, 04 November 2025 – The Joint Force Headquarters, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFHQ RBAF), received a study visit from participants of the Maritime Operations (MAROPS) Course Serial 08/2025. The visiting group comprised 11 officers and one Directing Staff member from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN). They were received and given a presentation by Commander Saiful Hazril Mohd Ali, RBN, who serves as the Staff Officer J3 Navy, JFHQ.
TWO PERSONNEL FROM JOINT FORCE, ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES COMPLETED SENIOR CLERK COURSE 01/2025
PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 06 November 2025 – A total of two course participants from the Joint Force of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JF RBAF) has successfully completed the Senior Clerk Course Series 01/2025. The two course participants were Sergeant Rafidah binti Haji Bagul and Sergeant Muhammad Radzuan bin Jumat. The course was conducted at the Clerk Training Wing, School of Military Trade, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF), Penanjong Garrison and it was attended by 30 course participants from various units in the RBAF.
TWO PERSONNEL FROM JOINT FORCE, ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES COMPLETED INTERMEDIATE (APPLIED) OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY TRADE (A2) COURSE
INTELLIGENCE TRAINING WING, RIMBA, Friday, 07 November 2025 – A total of two course participants from the Joint Force Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JF RBAF) has successfully completed the Intermediate (Applied) Operational Intelligence and Security Trade (A2) Course. The course was conducted at the Intelligence Training Wing, Rimba Camp and attended by 24 course participants from various units in the RBAF and Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
TWO RBAF OFFICERS PARTICIPATE IN THE ASEAN DEFENCE MINISTERS’ MEETING-PLUS EXPERTS’ WORKING GROUP ON HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE AND DISASTER RELIEF (HADR) CONFERENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF CLIMATE CHANGE IN THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Friday, 31 October 2025 – Two officers from Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) participated in the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting-Plus Experts’ Working Group (ADMM-Plus EWG) on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) in the context of climate change was convened on 31 October 2025 at The Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Republic of Singapore.
TWO RBAF OFFICERS PARTICIPATE IN THE COORDINATED RESPONSE TOP TABLE EXERCISE 2025 IN THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Thursday, 30 Oktober 2025 – Two officers from Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) participated in the Top Table Exercise (TTX) for Exercise Coordinated Response (Ex COORES) 2025. The exercise was held for three days at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Republic of Singapore from 28th to 30th October 2025. Ex COORES 2025 is a multinational Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) exercise co-organised by the Changi Regional Humanitarian Coordination Centre (RHCC), the US Indo-Pacific Command’s Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DM), and the Vietnam National Steering Committee for Civil Defense (VINASARCOM).
THE NATIONAL FLAG HANDOVER CEREMONY AND PRESENTATION OF BADGES TO THE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES (RBAF) CONTINGENT FOR THE UNITED NATIONS INTERIM FORCE IN LEBANON (UNIFIL) PEACEKEEPING MISSION
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 30 October 2025 – The Brunei Darussalam Flag Handover Ceremony for the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Contingent, who will be serving in the Malaysian Battalion 850-13 (MALBATT 850-13) as part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) peacekeeping mission, was held at the Air Movement Centre, Rimba Air Force Base this morning. A total of 21 personnel will be participating in this mission.
