BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday, 30 June 2025 – Brunei Darussalam will deploy three officers from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) as members of Independent Decommissioning Body Verification, Monitoring and Assistance Team 7/2025 (IDB VMAT 7/2025) to Mindanao, the Republic of the Philippines. The flag handing-over ceremony was held at Bolkiah Garrison this morning.
FOUR OFFICERS FROM JOINT FORCE HEADQUARTERS, ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES (JFHQ, RBAF) ATTENDED SUMMARY DEALING COURSE SERIES 01/2025
BOLKIAH GARISON, Thursday, 26 June 2025 - A total of 04 officers from Joint Force Headquarters, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFHQ, RBAF) attended Summary Dealing Course Series 01/2025 held at the Lecture Theatre, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (SHHBIDSS), Ministry of Defence. The course was conducted for a week from 18 June 2025 until 26 June 2025.
TWO OFFICERS FROM JOINT FORCE HEADQUARTERS, ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES (JFHQ, RBAF) COMPLETED THE FIRST INTERMEDIATE AIR FORCE OFFICERS’ DEVELOPMENT COURSE (IAODC) 2025
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Tuesday, 17 June 2025 – The RBAirF held the Closing Ceremony of its first Intermediate Air Force Officers’ Development Course (IAODC) for Captains at Punai Hall, Rimba Air Force Base. Two officers from JFHQ, RBAF, along with 17 other officers from various RBAirF units have successfully completed the six-week course conducted from 05 May to 17 June 2025.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 13 June 2025 – An officer from the Joint Force Headquarters, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFHQ, RBAF), has completed the Intermediate Officer Tactics Course (IOTC) 2025, alongside 35 other officers from various RBAF units. The intensive 8-week course was held from 14 April to 6 June 2025.

JAKARTA, Fiday, 13 June 2025 – The 5th Brunei-Indonesia High Level Committee (BRUNESIA HLC) meeting concluded successfully at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, co-chaired by Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), General TNI Agus Subiyanto, and Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan.
