DOA KESYUKURAN CEREMONY FOR THE RETURN OF THE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES CONTINGENT PARTICIPATING IN MALBATT 850-11 FOR THE UNIFIL PEACEKEEPING MISSION
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 3 January 2025 – A Doa Kesyukuran ceremony was held this morning at Surau Ad-Difa’, Bolkiah Garrison, to welcome the return of 29 personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) who participated in the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) peacekeeping mission with the Malaysian Battalion (MALBATT) 850-11. The contingent, led by Major Hafizi bin Sabli, comprised 3 officers and 26 other ranks personnel, including 2 female soldiers, who successfully completed a 13-month deployment and returned safely to Brunei Darussalam on 14 December 2024.
JFHQ, DEFENCE ACADEMY AND MINDEF PARTICIPATED IN BLOOD DONATION DRIVE IN CONJUNCTION WITH RBAF’S 63RD ANNIVERSARY
GYMNASIUM, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, BOLKIAH GARRISON, Thursday, 02 January 2025 – The Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ), Defence Academy (DA) RBAF and Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) participated in a Blood Donation Drive as part of the Royal Brunei Armed Force‘s (RBAF) 63rd Anniversary celebrations. This initiative, held in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre, Department of Laboratory Services at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, under the Ministry of Health (MOH), aimed to support the National Blood Bank.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday, 16 December 2024 – The Parade Ceremony in conjunction with the 17th Anniversary of the Joint Force Headquarters, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (MAB ABDB) was held at the New Gymnasium, Ministry of Defence, Bolkiah Garrison.
ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES (RBAF) MALAYSIAN BATTALION (MALBATT) 850-11 CONTINGENT RETURNS HOME SAFELY
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Saturday, 14 December 2024 – A total of 29 personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), comprising of three officers and 26 other ranks, two of whom are female personnel, have safely returned to Brunei Darussalam this afternoon after completing a 12 month peacekeeping mission with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), which began from 14 November 2023 to 16 November 2024.
