RBAF CONTINGENT DEPART TO MALAYSIA FOR FORCE INTEGRATION TRAINING WITH MALBATT 850-11 UNIFIL
BERAKAS, Friday, 02 June 2023 – A total of forty Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Personnel left the country today to carry out Force Integration Training (FIT) under MALBATT 850-11 UNIFIL. The training will take place at MALBATT Village, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan Malaysia for two months.
RBAF CONTINGENT MALBATT 850-10 UNIFIL CELEBRATES RBAF 62ND ANNIVERSARY
MARAKAH, Wednesday, 31 May 2023 – In conjunction with the 62nd anniversary of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), the RBAF Contingent in the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) Peacekeeping mission, together with the Malaysian Battalion (MALBATT) 850-10, commemorated the event today with a parade at UNP 2-1’s Parade Square, Doa Kesyukuran (Thanksgiving Prayer) at Kawkaba Mosque, and a lunch event at Peacekeeper’s Hall, Marakah Camp.
JOINT FORCE COMMANDER MEETING SESSION WITH SELECTED PERSONNEL FOR FORCE INTEGRATION TRAINING AT PORT DICKSON, MALAYSIA
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Tuesday, 30 May 2023 – A session between the Joint Force Commander, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFC RBAF) and RBAF personnel who will undergo Force Integration Training (FIT) at Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia prior joining the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) under the umbrella of MALBATT 850-11 was held today at the Tower Block, Ministry of Defence.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 24 May 2023 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Joint Force Commander RBAF received a courtesy call from Air Commodore Tony McCormack, Commander of Indo-Pacific Endeavour (IPE) 23 at the Tower Block, Ministry of Defence, Bolkiah Garrison. Also present was the Deputy Commander IPE 23 and Australian Defence Attache to Brunei Darussalam.
INAUGURAL CYBER DEFENCE EXERCISE (CDEX 2023)
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 24 May 2023 - Cyber Defence Unit, Joint Force Headquarters Royal Brunei Armed Forces organised the Inaugural Cyber Defence Exercise (CDEX 2023). It was held at Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (SHHIBIDSS) for 2 days from Tuesday, 23 May 2023 until Wednesday, 24 May 2023. The exercise consists of a scenario-based exercise on Day 1 and a Capture the Flag (CTF) competition on Day 2.

BOLKIAH GARISSON, Friday, 19 May 2023 – Members of the Warrant Officer Mess committee, Staff Sergeants and Sergeants of the Joint Force Headquarters, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFHQ, RBAF) have held a Regimental Dinner Night at the the Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeant and Sergeant’s Mess, Bolkiah Garrison.
