DISBANDMENT CEREMONY OF MALBATT 850-9
PORT DICKSON, Monday, 05 December 2022 - The Disbandment Ceremony and Presentation of the United Nations National Service Medal (PNBB Medal) to Malaysian Battalion 850-9 (MALBATT 850-9) was completed by Lieutenant General Dato’ Indera Hj Yazid bin Hj Arshad RMAF, Joint Force Commander, Malaysian Army Training and Doctrine Command (MyTRADOC), Segenting Camp Parade Ground, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
CHIEF OF DEFENCE VIRTUAL MEETING CONCLUDES TODAY
BOLKIAH GARISSON, Thursday, 01 December 2022 - The Joint Force Commander, Royal Brunei Armed Forces Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin today has attended the Chiefs of Defence virtual meeting (CHOD) on 01 December 2022 via video conference on behalf of the Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). Also present in the meeting were Head of Joint Doctrine Warfare Centre (JDWC) and Staff Officer Grade 1 Intelligence, Joint Force Headquarters; and Research Officers from Directorate of Intelligence, Ministry of Defence.
ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES (RBAF) PARTICIPATES IN THE 15TH SENIOR WORKSHOP ON INTERNATIONAL RULES GOVERNING MILITARY OPERATIONS
BALI, INDONESIA, 20 – 26 November 2022 - The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) participated in the 15th Senior Workshop on International Rules Governing Military Operations (SWIRMO) held in Bali, Indonesia. Representing the RBAF was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Anwar Shah bin Haji Napiah from the Joint Force Headquarters RBAF (JFHQ).
THE JOINT FORCE COMMANDER (JFC) ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES (RBAF) WORKING VISIT TO MARITIME AND PORT AUTHORITY OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM (MPABD)
MUARA, Tuesday, 29 November 2022 – Brigadier General (U) Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Joint Force Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFC RBAF) made a working visit to the Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam (MPABD). Also present during the working visit were officers of both Joint Force Headquarters RBAF (JFHQ) and MPABD.
INDO PACIFIC ENDEAVOUR 2022 (IPE 02/2022) CONCLUDES TODAY
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday, 18 November 2022– The Indo Pacific Endeavour 2022 (IPE 02/2022) is Australia’s flagship annual defence led international engagement which aims to strengthen Australia’s Whole of Government commitment and partnership in the Indo Pacific region. The Royal Australian Navy (RAN) Vessel, Frigate HMAS ANZAC is set to enter Brunei waters on the 15th November 2022 and will continue their journey to Republic of Indonesia on the 17th November 2022. Seven countries within the Asia Pacific Region have been and will be visited by this Task Group.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wendesday, 16 November 2022 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Joint Force Commander received an introductory call from Colonel Nor Azizi bin Abdullah, Malaysian Defence Advisor to Brunei Darussalam at the Joint Force Headquarters. Also present are Senior Staff Officers from Joint Force Headquarters.
