JOINT FORCE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES HELD THE RECITATION OF SURAH YAASIN AND TAHLIL EVENT AT THE ROYAL MAUSOLEUM IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 18TH ANNIVERSARY
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday, 12 December 2025 – In conjunction of the Joint Force Royal Brunei Armed Forces’ (JF RBAF) 18th Anniversary celebration, the JF RBAF held a recitation of Surah Yaasin and Tahlil for the late parents of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman, and for His Majesty’s late son Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim. The event was held at the Royal Mausoleum in Jalan Tutong.
DISBANDMENT PARADE CEREMONY OF THE MALAYSIAN BATTALION (MALBATT) 850-12 CONTINGENT
MALAYSIA, Thursday, 4 December 2025 – A Disbandment Parade Ceremony for the Malaysian Battalion (MALBATT) 850-12 contingent of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) was held this morning at Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, commemorating the completion of their year-long peacekeeping mission in South Lebanon.

Temburong, Sabtu, 06 Disember 2025 – Majlis Pelancaran Video Korporat Task Force Keselamatan Pelantar Minyak Luar Pantai (TF KPMLP) telah berjaya dilancarkan oleh Ahli Jawatankuasa TF KPMLP. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat, Yang Mulia Penolong Pesuruhjaya Polis Haji Hamri Aslan bin Haji Abu Hanafiah, Pemangku Pengarah Gerakan, Pasukan Polis Diraja Brunei, selaku Timbalan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kerja Sekuriti Sempadan.
ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES (RBAF) CONTINGENT MALAYSIAN BATTALION (MALBATT) 850-12 RETURNS HOME SAFELY
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 5 December 2025 – A total of 29 personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), comprising three officers and 26 other ranks, two of whom are female personnel, have returned safely to Brunei Darussalam this afternoon after completing a 12-month peacekeeping mission with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) together with Malaysian Battalion (MALBATT) 850-12. The mission took place from 16 November 2024 to 15 November 2025.
THE 21st ASEAN DEFENCE MINISTERS’ MEETING-PLUS EXPERTS’ WORKING GROUP ON PEACEKEEPING OPERATIONS HELD IN BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Thursday, 4 December 2025 – The 21st ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting-Plus Experts’ Working Group on Peacekeeping Operations (ADMM-Plus EWG on PKO) was convened from 1 to 4 December 2025 at the Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong. The meeting was co-chaired by Yang Mulia Lieutenant Colonel Pg Aeddie Masjaffrie bin Pg Hj Md Ja’afar, representing Brunei Darussalam, and Yang Mulia Senior Colonel Man Guangzhi, representing the People’s Republic of China.
THE CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION AND CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE SENIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS LEADERSHIP COURSE SESSION 2/2025
RIMBA AIRFORCE BASE, Thursday, 27 November 2025 – The closing ceremony for the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Leadership Course Series 2/2025 was held at the Punai Hall, Rimba Air Force Base. A total of 39 participants from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) successfully completed the course, including Sergeant (U) Mohammad Nazmi bin Mohamad Kamal from Joint Force RBAF.
