ZAKAT FITRAH (TITHE) COLLECTION FOR JOINT FORCE HEADQUARTERS PERSONNEL
BOLKIAH GARRISON, WEDNESDAY, 14 MAY 2020 – In adhering to the Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB) guidelines of social distancing measures during the month of Ramadhan, The Royal Brunei Armed Forces Religious Department has come out with an initiative of offering a decentralized zakat fitrah collection system.
JFHQ TAHLIL AND DATES DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY
BOLKIAH GARRISON, THURSDAY, 24 APRIL 2020 - The Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) held a Dates Distribution Ceremony of the “Kurma Kurnia Peribadi” His Majesty Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam 1441H/2020M at Level 2, Tower Block, Ministry of Defence. The distribution of dates is an annual project managed by Yayasan Sultah Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, as a personal gift from His Majesty the Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and members of the royal family to muslims in the sultanate.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, THURSDAY, 31 JANUARY 2020 – As preparation for Brunei Darussalam Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2021, the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) conducted Exercise Setia Bersama 1/2019 from 31 January 2020 until 02 February 2020 focusing on the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Brunei-Muara District.

FULLERTON HOTEL, MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2020 – The Joint Force Commander, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, attended the Fullerton Forum the IISS Shangri-La Dialogue Sherpa Meeting that was held in the Republic of Singapore from the 20th – 22nd January 2020.
