THREE PERSONNEL FROM JOINT FORCE HEADQUARTERS COMPLETED THE WARRANT OFFICER LEADERSHIP COURSE SERIAL 1/2025 | PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 19 September 2025 – The Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for Warrant Officers Leadership and Management Course Serial 1/2025 was held at the Halbi Room, Evolution Centre, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF). In attendance as the Guest of Honour was Yang Mulia Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, Acting Commandant TI RBAF. Also present were officers, Force Sergeant Major RBAF, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs), and Leadership and Management instructors.

PARTICIPATION OF ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES OFFICERS IN TIER 3 TABLE TOP EXERCISE BLACK GOLD SHIELD | The Empire Hotel & Country Club, Tuesday, 23 September 2025 – Tier 3 Table Top Exercise (TTX) Black Gold Shield organised by Brunei Shell Petroleum was conducted from 23 September 2025 until 25 September 2025 at The Empire Hotel & Country Club Jerudong. This exercise is participated by various agencies including Royal Brunei Armed Forces to test and validate the revised National Oil Spill Contingency Plan (NOSCOP).

ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY ENHANCES REGIONAL MARITIME SECURITY THROUGH EX SEACAT 2025 | MUARA CAMP , Friday, 19 September 2025 – The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) actively participated in Exercise Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training 2025 (EX SEACAT 2025), conducted from 8 to 19 September 2025 at the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) facilities in Muara Camp and in the operational waters of the South China Sea. Exercise SEACAT is an annual multilateral maritime security exercise led by the United States Navy, first established in 2002. Its primary goal is to strengthen regional cooperation, enhance interoperability, and improve information-sharing among participating navies and coast guards in the Indo-Pacific region. The RBN was represented by the Naval Operation Centre and deployed its patrol vessels PV-80 KDB DARUSSALAM and PV-60 KDB AL-FARUQ for the exercise.
