BOLKIAH GARRISON, MONDAY, 05 JULY 2021- A promotion ceremony was held this morning at the Wira Seni Concert Hall, RBAF Band, Bolkiah Garrison, for 24 personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Joint Force Headquarters.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Brigadier General Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abd. Kadir, Joint Force Commander. Also present at the ceremony were Senior Officers, Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of the Joint Force Headquarters.
The ceremony began with the recitation of surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of insignias by the Guest of Honour.
Of the 24 personnel, 1 was promoted to Substantive Warrant Officer 1; 2 personnel promoted to Acting Warrant Officer 1; 2 promoted to Substantive Warrant Officer 2; 2 promoted to Acting Warrant Officer 2; 9 promoted to Substantive Staff Sergeant; 1 promoted to Acting Staff Sergeant; 1 promoted to Substantive Sergeant; 4 personnel promoted to Acting Sergeant; and 2 promoted to Acting Corporal.
The event concluded with the recital of Doa Selamat and a group photo session.
