BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 01 July 2025 - The Joint Forces Headquarters, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFHQ RBAF) has successfully conducted a series of vital exercises, aimed at ensuring operational readiness ahead of His Majesty's 79th Birthday Celebration. The exercise commenced with a one-day Table Top Exercise (TTX) held at the Jungle Simulation Hall, Medical and Health Services, Bolkiah Garrison. The TTX brought together all RBAF units alongside key security agencies. The TTX focused on enhancing decision-making processes, inter-agency coordination, and communication flow. It also served to validate operational plans and identify potential gaps to improve overall preparedness.
Following the successful completion of the TTX, the Command Post Exercise (CPX) was conducted under the supervision of Colonel Aldi bin Haji Hassan, Acting Joint Force Commander. The CPX operations were coordinated across three key venues: EXCON at the Jungle Simulation Hall, the Joint Operation Centre (JOC) led by the Chief of Staff, and the Joint Operation Room (JOR) at the Bandar Seri Begawan Police Station, involving participation from security agencies. The CPX aimed to rigorously test the RBAF's procedures and contingency plans, bridge capability and procedural gaps between the command centres, and enhance the tactical headquarters' proficiency in planning and executing service operations. Additionally, the exercise provided an opportunity to assess the functionality of communication equipment in preparation for the upcoming Field Training Exercises (FTX) scheduled for 10 July 2025.
These exercises underscore the RBAF's unwavering commitment to a 'Whole-of-Government Approach', fostering seamless inter-agency collaboration and maintaining the highest standards of operational readiness to safeguard national security during the forthcoming celebrations.

BOLKIAH GARISON, Rabu, 01 Julai 2025 - Markas Angkatan Bersama, Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (MAB ABDB) telah berjaya melaksanakan beberapa latihan yang bertujuan untuk memastikan kesiapsiagaan operasi menjelang Sambutan Ulang Tahun Keputeraan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Ke-79. Latihan tersebut dimulakan dengan latihan Table Top (TTX) selama satu hari yang diadakan di Dewan Simulasi Hutan, Markas Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan, Bolkiah Garison. TTX tersebut disertai oleh unit-unit ABDB bersama agensi-agensi keselamatan. Latihan ini memberi tumpuan kepada meningkatkan proses decision-making, penyelarasan antara agensi, serta aliran komunikasi. Ia juga berperanan untuk mengesahkan pelan operasi dan mengenal pasti sebarang kekurangan bagi meningkatkan tahap kesiapsiagaan keseluruhan.
Selepas pelaksanaan TTX, latihan Command Post (CPX) telah dijalankan di bawah penyeliaan Kolonel Aldi bin Haji Hassan, Pemangku Pemerintah Angkatan Bersama. Latihan CPX ini telah diselaraskan di tiga lokasi utama: EXCON di Dewan Simulasi Hutan, Pusat Operasi Bersama (JOC) yang diketuai oleh Ketua Staf, dan Bilik Operasi Bersama (JOR) di Balai Polis Bandar Seri Begawan dengan penglibatan agensi keselamatan. Latihan CPX bertujuan untuk menguji secara menyeluruh prosedur dan pelan kontingensi ABDB, merapatkan jurang keupayaan dan prosedur antara pusat kawalan, serta meningkatkan kecekapan di peringkat taktikal dalam merancang dan melaksanakan operasi. Selain itu, latihan ini turut memberi peluang untuk menilai fungsi peralatan komunikasi sebagai persiapan bagi Field Training Exercise (FTX) yang dijadualkan pada 10 Julai 2025.
Latihan-latihan ini menegaskan komitmen ABDB terhadap 'Whole-of-Government Approach', menggalakkan kerjasama antara agensi secara lancar dan mengekalkan tahap kesiapsiagaan operasi yang tertinggi dalam memastikan keselamatan negara terpelihara sepanjang sambutan yang akan datang.
