HONOLULU, HAWAI'I, Friday, 12 December 2025 – Two officers from Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) participated in the Transnational Security Cooperation course (TSC 25-2) held at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Strategic Studies (DKI APCSS) from 7 to 12 December 2025 in Honolulu, Hawaii. The course was also participated by 40 Senior Executive course participants from 24 countries and 2 international organisations from across the Indo-Pacific region.

Designed as a premier executive education program, the course brought together senior military and civilian leaders to address transnational security challenges through interactive presentations, dialogues, and action-planning exercises that promote strategic thinking and collaborative responses across multilateral forums. Representing the RBAF was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Fadzli bin Haji Abdullah from Joint Force RBAF while Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohammad Nooryasdie bin Yahya representing MINDEF.
The theme of TSC 25-2 is 'Strengthening Regional Deterrence and Strategic Readiness in the Indo-Pacific'. During the intensive week-long course, participants engage in interactive discussions, case studies, and workshops that emphasise whole-of-government approaches to emerging threats such as terrorism, maritime security, cyber threats, and humanitarian assistance. The curriculum aims to strengthen mutual understanding and foster enduring networks critical to ensuring a secure and prosperous Indo-Pacific.

TSC 25-2 aligns with DKI APCSS's mission to advance regional security cooperation in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command priorities. Participants received certification and joined a growing alumni community committed to collaborative security efforts.
DUA PEGAWAI ABDB MENYERTAI KURSUS PERSEPADUAN KESELAMATAN TRANSNASIONAL DI HONOLULU, HAWAII
HONOLULU, HAWAII, Jumaat, 12 Disember 2025 – Dua pegawai dari Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) dan Kementerian Pertahanan telah menyertai Kursus Transnational Security Cooperation (TSC 25-2) yang diadakan di Pusat Kajian Keselamatan Asia-Pasifik Daniel K. Inouye (DKI APCSS) dari 7 hingga 12 Disember 2025 di Honolulu, Hawaii. Kursus ini melibatkan 40 peserta peringkat eksekutif daripada 24 negara dan dua organisasi antarabangsa dari rantau Indo-Pasifik.
Sebagai program utama eksekutif pendidikan, kursus ini mengumpulkan Pegawai-pegawai Ketenteraan dan Awam Kanan untuk menangani cabaran keselamatan transnasional melalui pertukaran maklumat secara interaktif, dialog, dan perancangan eksesais peringkat strategik serta tindak balas kolaboratif secara multilateral. Perwakilan daripada ABDB ialah Leftenan Kolonel Haji Fadzli bin Haji Abdullah daripada Angkatan Bersama ABDB manakala Leftenan Kolonel (U) Mohammad Nooryasdie bin Yahya mewakili Kementerian Pertahanan.

Tema kursus tersebut ialah 'Strengthening Regional Deterrence and Strategic Readiness in the Indo-Pacific'. Dalam masa kursus seminggu yang intensif ini, peserta terlibat dalam perbincangan yang interaktif menggunakan case studies dan bengkel yang menekankan pendekatan terhadap ancaman baharu seperti keganasan, keselamatan maritim, ancaman siber, dan bantuan kemanusiaan. Kurikulum ini bertujuan untuk memperkukuh lagi kefahaman dan memupuk rangkaian yang penting untuk memastikan keselamatan dan kesejahteraan Indo-Pasifik.
TSC 25-2 selaras dengan misi DKI APCSS untuk memajukan persepaduan keselamatan serantau selaras dengan keutamaan Pemerintah Indo-Pasifik AS. Peserta menerima pensijilan dan menyertai komuniti alumni yang semakin berkembang dan komited kepada usaha keselamatan kolaboratif.
